Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the platform, we collect data necessary to operate the service: contact lists you upload, campaign content, delivery logs, and billing information. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your contact lists for any purpose other than delivering the campaigns you create.

We use your information to: • Operate and improve the platform • Deliver SMS messages you initiate • Send transactional emails (billing receipts, account notices) • Prevent fraud and abuse • Comply with legal obligations We never use your data for advertising or profiling.

Phone numbers and contact details you import belong to you. We process them only on your behalf to deliver campaigns. We store them securely and do not access them except to execute delivery or investigate technical issues at your request. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to contact the people in your lists in accordance with applicable laws (TCPA, GDPR, etc.).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Delivery logs are retained for 12 months. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account.

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your message content and recipient phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio for delivery. Twilio's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data. We use standard infrastructure providers for hosting and database storage. All providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We do not store payment credentials — crypto payments are processed on-chain. We follow security best practices and conduct regular reviews. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

You have the right to: • Access a copy of your data • Correct inaccurate data • Delete your account and all associated data • Export your contact lists To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

We use only functional cookies required to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
