Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Textcanon platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Textcanon.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Textcanon. If you are using the service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Textcanon is provided for legitimate business SMS marketing. You may use the platform to: • Send promotional and transactional SMS messages to contacts who have given consent • Manage contact lists and campaigns • Access delivery reports and analytics You may not use Textcanon to send spam, phishing messages, illegal content, or messages to recipients who have not consented.

You are solely responsible for: • Obtaining valid consent from all contacts before sending messages • Complying with all applicable laws, including TCPA (US), GDPR (EU), PECR (UK), and equivalent regulations • The content of all messages sent through your account • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • Honoring opt-out requests promptly Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension.

You may not send messages that contain: • Illegal products or services (including unlicensed pharmaceuticals, illegal weapons, or controlled substances) • Phishing, malware, or deceptive content • Adult content to unconsenting recipients • Hate speech, harassment, or threatening language • Content that violates any applicable law We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice for violations.

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon message delivery. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds on purchased credits except where required by law. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL). You are responsible for any applicable transaction fees.

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for: • Violation of these terms • Suspected fraud or abuse • Non-payment (if applicable) • Legal requirements You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Textcanon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
